MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) 2007 Certification
Elite Training Solutions Ltd is an Authorised Testing Centre for the MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) 2007 scheme.
MOS 2007 Cerfication (formerly MCAS) provides a series of computer-based tests which are ideal for office workers or individuals who use Microsoft Office programs as a vital part of their job function. The certification covers the Microsoft Office Suite, Word® 2007, PowerPoint® 2007, Excel® 2007, Outlook® 2007 and Access® 2007, as well as Windows Vista®.
The objective of the Scheme is to measure an individual’s knowledge on Microsoft products and evaluate how productive they are likely to be. The individual sits a test, which takes up to 50 minutes to complete and the results are given immediately.
The cost of each test is £120.00. VAT is NOT applicable on this academic exam.
There are 3 qualification levels:
Core: This level of certification establishes that a person can handle all the basic everyday tasks. Tests are available at this level in Word®, Excel®, Access®, PowerPoint® and Outlook®.
Expert User: This level of certification assesses a person's ability to handle more complex tasks. Tests are available for Word and Excel.
Master: This is the highest level of certification offered and will establish that a person can use all the main Microsoft Office applications to an advanced level. To become a Microsoft Office Specialist Master the individual must pass 4 exams in total, 2 of which must be Word® Expert, and Excel® Expert.
